Let’s talk about it.

No more hiding tampons up your sleeve.

Talk About Your Period. is an initiative that encourages candid conversations about menstruation, emboldens others to speak out against period poverty and injustice, and aims to reduce shame and stigma around periods.

We believe in the right to talk about our bodies without censorship. Periods aren’t taboo; they’re normal, and bleeding is not something to stay quiet about.

What I do.

Driven by a deep belief in equity, education, and unapologetic truth-telling, I created Talk About Your Period. to challenge the silence and shame surrounding menstruation. Through storytelling, lived experience, and a refusal to look away, I use this platform to make space for honest conversation and meaningful change —one period at a time.

Go with the flow.

The Talk About Your Period. podcast brings menstruation into the open through honest, unfiltered conversations. Each episode highlights the real-life experiences of people who bleed, ranging from hilarious horror stories to serious discussions about policy, stigma, and the systems that keep periods invisible.

Hosted by founder Karen Klein, this podcast is part of a broader movement to challenge shame, share truth, and build community through period-storytelling. Come here to learn, laugh, or rage a little. There's space for you in this conversation.
